e-Faktura · For accounting firms

More clients. More invoices to track.

NFaktura is a project for tracking invoices and tasks across companies in one place. We’re looking for accounting firms in North Macedonia to help design it.

The firm’s daily work

Every check starts by opening another company.

An invoice to review, a document to request from a client, a submission to check. We want to understand how you keep track of these tasks when you look after many companies.

The product doesn’t exist yet. The screens below illustrate the proposal with fictional data.

Companies: ALFA DOO. Next company.

An example: checking companies one by one to find outstanding tasks.

The proposal

See outstanding tasks in one place.

The idea is to bring invoices to review, rejections and access issues into one list across your clients. We’d like your help deciding what information belongs there and how to order it.

Error handling

Understand the issue before acting.

We’d like to show which invoice an error concerns, what it means and what to check. This example needs refining against UJP responses and the cases you encounter.

Auditability

Trace who took action and when.

A history showing the user, company, document and outcome could help with handovers and reviews. We want to understand which details your firm actually needs.

Where NFaktura sits

A tool intended to connect to UJP e-Faktura.

We want to design NFaktura around firms’ work with e-Faktura. The UJP connection, signing and authorisation across companies still need validation. Those checks will determine which features are feasible.

NFaktura is an independent project by Nakov Solutions. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by North Macedonia’s Public Revenue Office (UJP).

Built for accounting firms

Priorities to decide together.

These are the areas we’d like to explore with you before deciding what to build.

  1. UJP lifecycle

Which steps to track: sending, receiving, accepting, rejecting and reversing invoices.

  2. Working across companies

How to separate clients, access and responsibilities in a shared workspace.

  3. Understanding errors

Which errors need investigation and what information helps resolve them.

  4. Auditability

What to record so you can review past actions and hand work over to a colleague.

  5. Reliability

How to handle uncertain submissions, interruptions and potential duplicates.

Why now

Preparing for work with e-Faktura.

UJP is inviting companies to test e-Faktura in preparation for mandatory adoption. For firms, this is a chance to work out how to handle access, invoices and checks across clients.

The notices cover preparation and testing before mandatory adoption, not a fixed start date. Check UJP’s official guidance for requirements and dates.

FAQ

Before we talk.

Where the project stands and what taking part involves.

  1. The idea is to support firms’ work with e-Faktura. NFaktura is an independent project that has yet to be built; its connection to UJP still needs testing.

  2. No. The product doesn’t exist yet. The screens use fictional data to help us discuss the proposal. We’re looking for firms to help us work out what to build.

  3. You don’t need to change anything to take part in the conversation. We’d like to work alongside your existing tools, but compatibility and integrations are still to be defined.

  4. We’re mainly looking for accounting firms in North Macedonia that look after several companies. We want to understand how you handle invoices, checks and communication with clients.

  5. No. Signing, authorisation and actions across companies still need validation. Before defining features, we need to check what UJP allows and which steps require human involvement.

  6. We haven’t set prices, plans or terms for a possible pilot. The form is a way to start a conversation, not a subscription.

  7. We collect only what you give us in the form, use it only to contact you about NFaktura, and delete it on request. Details are in the privacy policy.

  8. This site is available in Macedonian, Albanian, English and Italian. Product languages will be decided with participating firms.

Help design NFaktura

Tell us how your firm works.

We’re looking for accounting firms to discuss real cases and review these early ideas. There’s no product to try or buy yet. The first step is a conversation.

What we can work on together

  • Discuss the problems you encounter in your daily work
  • Review proposals directly with the people designing NFaktura
  • Give feedback on early prototypes when they’re ready
  • Work out whether a future trial would be useful for your firm

What we ask

  • An initial conversation of about 30 minutes
  • Examples of your work, without confidential client data
  • If you’d like to continue, feedback on later proposals

Leave your contact details

We’ll contact you to talk about your firm and see whether working on the project together makes sense.
